Exceptional good service and exceptional good queens!I ha det been a customer for some years now, buying a few hundred queens of all races, new and overwintered, and all were just perfect.
Once a shipment had problems due to the heat and the transporter and the queens were promptly replaced.
All other shipments arrived ALWAYS in perfect time and conditions. Also how the bees are packed is just absolutely professional.

Italian Queen arrived quickly by UPS. Waiting to see if introduction is successful. Not as yellow as I thought she would be but will see. Great customer service overall. Have ordered queen’s from Apis Donau a few times and have been great to deal with.

The orders are often delayed due to the weather and customers are not publicly informed about it. But the orders are always sent and queen are very nice and healthy.

The naturally mated ligustica came quick by UPS and in best shape. The breed however is quite hectic and a little too agressive for a ligustica. The team of ApisDonau is quick and does replace reasonable reclamations without questions. Apis Donau is definately a trustworty seller. I will buy there again.

i received the package yesterday, shipping took about 18 hours. The queens are in a good shape, light yellow and big size. I give 5 stars for seriousness. Gibson
